Email us with your device type (iPhone or Android), app version number (Settings), and what you were trying to do. We respond as quickly as we can, usually within one to two business days.
Do I need an account? No. Vigil keeps your vault on your device. There is no cloud login.
I forgot my PIN. Open Settings and use Start over. That wipes the local vault on that phone. There is no remote recovery email.
Subscriptions and purchases. Vigil Annual ($39.99/year) and Vigil Lifetime ($99.99) are sold through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
